EUROMALT Secretary general (Gianluca Nurra) attended -as speaker- the VII edition of Filiera Birra: ECOSISTEMA, TERRA e FUTURO

Milan (Italy) 15 October 2025 - I am honoured to have participated as one of the several speaker at the seventh edition of Filiera Birra (the first time for me and EUROMALT).

During my presentation, I highlighted the importance of the European malt production chain as an integral part of this triptych (Ecosystem, Soil, and Future) identified during the event.

I also highlighted that malt is a natural and safe agricultural product, the result of a process that eliminates contaminants and enhances its properties for beer (and other food and feed products).
